Damien Hart

Damien is a Managing Director covering the Financial Excellence and Technology practices at WestCap. He focuses on helping our portfolio companies scale finance systems, capabilities, and the associated infrastructure. Prior to joining WestCap, Damien spent 14 years at Blackstone, most recently serving as the Head of Product in Client and Firm platforms. In this role, he oversaw 30 applications spanning the gamut from fund performance waterfalls, accounting platforms, through to BXAccess, Blackstone’s internal and external investor portal. Damien previously worked at Merrill Lynch in both London and New York, in Finance Reengineering, implementing global finance systems.
