Nathan Fabian

Nathan Fabian is a Managing Director and leads the Organization and Talent team at WestCap. He works closely with WestCap CEOs to optimize their team performance through leadership development, organization architecture, incentive design and culture. Previously, Nathan was at Two Sigma where he was SVP, Head of Talent and oversaw Talent Strategy, Learning and Development, and Performance Management. Prior to Two Sigma, Nathan established the Learning and Development function at Uber and served on the CHRO’s leadership team during its hyper-growth period from 1K to 20K employees, building and leading a team of 50 around the globe. His career began at Deloitte Consulting supporting federal, technology and retail clients.
